Who We Are

Rooted in healing, grown through community.
The Reclaim began as a space for those navigating religious trauma—a place to reclaim your body, voice, and sense of self. Over time, as more stories found a home here, our team grew to meet them. Today, we’re a collective of therapists who center justice, embodiment, and creativity in our care. We offer inclusive, affirming therapy for people reclaiming their identities, their bodies, and their joy.
We’re here to help you reclaim what’s been lost, and reconnect to what’s still possible.
Reclaim: /rəˈklām/
to take back from wrong or improper use or treatment; to rescue from an undesirable state; to restore to a previous natural state
As a collective, we honor the process of reclaiming space within ourselves around one’s identity, spirituality, sexuality, ethnicity, internal and external environment, and relationships to others. We recognize that the wielding of power and authority can and has created confusion, anger, fear, anxieties, hopelessness, and despair.
Our desire, in this work, is to make space to ask questions, hold doubt, and walk alongside to a place of reclaiming for yourself.
