Who We Are

We are a local collective of independent Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LMFTs, LPCCs, and LCSWs) with a shared vision and passion for helping folks heal from adverse religious experiences and spiritual trauma in the Central Valley and the greater California area.
The Reclaim is committed to holding space for all genders, all sexualities, all ethnic identities, and all spiritual viewpoints.
Reclaim: /rəˈklām/
to take back from wrong or improper use or treatment; to rescue from an undesirable state; to restore to a previous natural state
As a collective, we honor the process of reclaiming space within ourselves around one’s identity, spirituality, sexuality, ethnicity, internal and external environment, and relationships to others. We recognize that the wielding of power and authority can and has created confusion, anger, fear, anxieties, hopelessness, and despair.
Our desire, in this work, is to make space to ask questions, hold doubt, and walk alongside to a place of reclaiming for yourself.
Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone.

Paint All The Feelings

Paint All The Feelings is a process rooted in connection between body and emotion, unknowing and experiencing. It is a mindful practice in entering into our body’s sensing of a moment, attuning our awareness toward our body’s voice and being curious enough to sense in shape and color. Naomi Wiens, LMFT will lead you through a mindful practice to cultivate your own connection to self and feeling. Offered on the first Saturday of each month.
Trauma Focused Yoga

Yoga is offered on a monthly basis, on the 3rd Saturday of the month, and centers around putting embodiment to practice, incorporating a mindful and safe engagement between body, mind, soul, and emotion.

Art Hop

We are so pleased to host this thought provoking limited series, Fractions of One, curated by the incredible Suzie Falk Mariano of The Cooler Center, showcasing multiple artists from in and around the area. Each of the 4 Parts will show quarterly in 2023 and engage a different dimension of the human experience. Part 1 focuses on emotion, thoughts and feelings. Part 2: Connection; 3: Body, and 4: the world at large.
